Student Application – Important Information

Welcome to the Student Application Portal. Please carefully read the following instructions before submitting your application to ensure a smooth and fast processing experience.

1. Correct Personal Details

• The application must be submitted using the exact name and personal details as per your passport.

• Any mismatch in spelling, date of birth, or passport number may cause delays or rejection of the application.

• Students are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

2. Required Documents

• All uploaded documents must be clear, valid, and fully visible.

• Blurred, cropped, or unclear documents may lead to application rejection or re-submission requests.

• Ensure documents are uploaded in the correct format (PDF or JPEG as required).

3. UAE Resident Students (Mandatory Requirement)

If you are currently residing inside the UAE, you must upload:

• Valid UAE Residence Visa copy

• Valid Emirates ID (Front and Back copy)

These documents are mandatory for application processing.

4. Police Clearance Certificate

All students must apply for and obtain a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) as part of the visa application and compliance process.
Failure to provide a valid PCC may affect your visa processing or enrollment status.

5. Application Review Process

• Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Admission Team.

• If shortlisted, you will be contacted for:

  • Interview (if applicable)

  • Registration process

  • Tuition fee guidance and payment procedures

• Final admission confirmation will be provided after successful verification of documents and fee payment.

6. Additional Notes

• Submission of an application does not guarantee automatic admission.

• Admission is subject to eligibility criteria, document verification, and regulatory requirements.

• Students must ensure all information provided is genuine and authentic. Any false information may result in cancellation of admission without refund.

• The academy reserves the right to request additional documents if required.
