From the moment they stepped through the doors, students were immersed in the energy and elegance that define five-star hospitality. The visit provided a rare opportunity to witness how each sector operates seamlessly to deliver world-class guest experiences. Students gained a comprehensive overview of the numerous divisions that form the backbone of a hotel: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Culinary Arts, Events & Banqueting, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing & Sales, and more. Each department opened its doors, revealing the passion, precision, and professionalism that sustain the industry.

What made the experience extraordinary was not just seeing these sectors in action, but understanding how they interconnect. Students observed how the Front Office sets the tone for every guest’s journey, how Culinary and Food & Beverage teams innovate to delight palates, and how Housekeeping ensures impeccable comfort. Behind the scenes, departments like Finance and Human Resources showcased how business strategy and people management drive the success of an international brand.
